If you would like to return your order, please email us at contact@sp-ce.shop within 30 days after the delivery date of your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with its original tag attached and in its original package. to be eligible for returns. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returning item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, However if you items are damaged you may need to return your order (please refer to the Item arrived damaged/incorrect item policy).

If you have recieved incorrect/damaged items please provide pictures and email us immediately at contact@sp-ce.shop with the subject "Damaged item" or "Incorrect item" within 30 days and we'll take care of it at no cost to you.

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will notify you and send the refund back to your original payment method.

We make every effort to get your order as soon as possible. It may take 4 - 8 business days for domestic delivery and 2 - 6 weeks for international full delivery. Certain countries may take longer.
